Information you choose to share

Project inquiries can include your name, email, business, optional phone number, selected service and project description. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, assess project fit and discuss work you have requested. It is not sold or added to a marketing list. The project brief builder keeps your answers in the current browser session until you choose to share them; it does not automatically send your answers.

Hosting and email delivery

This website is hosted on Vercel. When online inquiry delivery is available, AgentMail processes the message for delivery to Digital Mind Pulse. Email links open your own email application. These providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request information as part of operating and securing their services.

Pulse CSV Studio

CSV contents are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to this website. If you choose to save a Pro recipe, only its name and settings are stored locally in that browser. A Pro license key is stored locally after activation. Your purchase email and Stripe payment reference are used to deliver and verify the license. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe. Recipe exports and reports may include column names and file names; review them before sharing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process request logs for operation and security. The project brief builder does not use persistent browser storage. Pulse CSV Studio uses local storage for recipes and activated license keys. You can clear these using your browser settings.

Retention and requests

Project correspondence is retained while needed for the inquiry, agreed work and business records. You can ask to access, correct or delete information by contacting hello@digitalmindpulse.com. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or legal obligations.

External services

Project links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. If payment is agreed for a project, payment instructions and the relevant payment provider are shared separately.
