Website information
This website describes Digital Mind Pulse services and possible project scopes. It is general information, not a binding quote or guarantee. A project begins only after both sides agree to a written scope, price, payment terms, and timeline.
Scope and pricing
Project pricing is agreed in writing for a defined scope before work starts. Additional pages, revisions, integrations, content creation, photography, paid software, hosting, domain fees, or third-party charges may require a separate written price.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, authorized content, timely feedback, and access to accounts required for the agreed work. Delays in receiving those items may change the delivery schedule.
Ownership and third-party services
Project ownership, licenses, and transfer details are defined in the written project scope. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
No unsupported guarantees
Digital Mind Pulse can improve clarity, usability, visibility foundations, and customer pathways. It does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, bookings, platform approval, or a specific business result.
Changes and cancellations
Change requests outside the approved scope may be quoted separately. Cancellation, refund, and deposit terms are stated in the written project agreement for each job.
Pulse CSV Studio Pro
The $5 USD one-time upgrade grants one person a non-expiring license to the purchased Pro edition for their own personal and business work. It includes batch processing, column-based duplicate matching, saved and portable recipes, change reports, and a downloadable offline HTML edition. Keep a copy of that download: it works without the hosted website. Hosted access is available for the life of the product and is not a promise that the website will operate forever. There are no recurring subscription charges. Redistribution, resale, custom development, cloud storage and separate future products are excluded.
Access is granted after Stripe confirms payment. A license is sent to the checkout email address. For delivery problems, duplicate charges or a refund request, contact hello@digitalmindpulse.com with the purchase reference within 14 days. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. A refunded purchase no longer carries a valid license.
CSV processing can remove rows and change values according to your settings. Review the preview, keep your original file and test the exported result in the destination system. The tool does not guarantee acceptance by any external application. Browser memory and file limits apply.
